- Reviewed in the United States on January 26, 2015Ever what to pull mental inventory and update a file? Introducing NLP breaks down the steps to effectively articulate this process. I've read two other books on the practice of NLP and this one is by the most compelling and rich text in my home library.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2011The best introductory book to NLP, it doesn't tell you, it EXPLAINS you every single thing in such a great detail you will finish reading this book understanding every single point inside the book. I am totally TELLING you, if you are looking for more information on NLP this IS the book to go.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2009I read this whole book and it had some good stuff in there; however, it was very boring and being that i never applied any of the stuff I didn't come away with much, but I believe that if you actually apply the techniques seriously you have much to benefit from. I'm just warning that it's boring and you have to be motivated about it to get anything out of it. If you are then get it.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2011if you are interested in NLP that is Great book, easy to read and understand, I bought it used for very cheap and and there are still plenty of them, so get one for right price and don't think much ...............
- Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2018no words for this. It's the price of a lunch, just get it. Best decision I've made so far was to read this and now all the other ones happen differently.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2016Interesting information, but it helps to comewith an interest!
- Reviewed in the United States on October 21, 2010I have only read the first chapter so far, but the principles in just that one chapter have already helped me influence clients.
The book is well written and easy to read/understand.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2010I have read many books on NLP and other socio behavioral likes. This was an easy read with a few new twists and insights. I still think that subliminal messages are the best.

5.0 out of 5 stars When you read this
Just relax. Now. As you sit there reading reviews. Imagine what life would be like without this book. Imagine the positive energy that you feel when you learn and act on new things.... Actually, this is probably the best starting book for NLP. I loaned my original copy out and never got it back or saw them again. I would recommend reading Patterns of the Techniques of Milton H Erickson after getting a grounding in the concepts from this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Introducing NLP....interesting read
This book is pretty good and quite interesting. I still have not finished the book, but will eventually (I am a slow reader). It was pretty easy to get through about the first half....very easy to understand and very interesting subject matter. It is valuable to understand yourself better as well as understanding those around you better. Amazon has great deals on this book and you should be able to pick it up pretty cheap....especially in soft cover. There is a new version of this book now: Introducing NLP: Psychological Skills for Understanding and Influencing People ....not sure how much more info is in it, but the theories would all be the same.
